Authentic guacamole with Sicilian Hass avocado

Ingredients for 4 people: 3 ripe Hass avocados, 1 lime, ½ red onion, 1 ripe tomato, 1 fresh chili, fresh coriander to taste, salt to taste.

Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash it in a bowl with a fork — it should not become a smooth cream, it should remain rustic. Add the lime juice, finely chopped onion, the tomato without seeds cut into small cubes, and the chopped chili without seeds. Mix gently, adjust with salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, covered with plastic wrap to prevent oxidation. Serve with toasted bread or nachos.
