Shipping policy

When we ship
To ensure that our fruit arrives in the best possible condition, we organize shipments to avoid long stays in courier depots.
For this reason, we ship only from Monday to Wednesday.
Orders received by Sunday evening are prepared and handed over to the courier between the following Monday and Wednesday.

Delivery times
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery takes place within the following timeframes.

Approximately:
North and Central Italy: 1-2 business days
Southern Italy and the Islands: 2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our direct control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, courier delays or particular difficulties in the destination area.

Couriers
We ship with the following express couriers: Poste Italiane, Bartolini and GLS.

Free shipping for orders over €59

International shipments
We ship throughout Europe
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination country

Shipment tracking
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can follow the package's journey until delivery.
